Right, ok well as far as I can see the relay is fine... when you switch ignition on it activates for about 2 seconds and shuts off, then activates and both pumps have got 12V while cranking over.
There is definitely NO fuel getting to the main pump at all.
Took the pump out of the tank and connecting it straight to the battery it does nout... so think it is definitely problematic.
Now the little convoluted pipe that connects onto the in-tank pump (see picture) is split aswell... but I'm not sure if I've done that trying to get the damn thing out of the tank.
Do you think replace pump and pipe?
