If you look at Pg4 onwards of this pdf, you should be able to work it out :

From the chassis number, it looks like you have a 1997 945 with a B230FK engine and M90 gearbox, however they changed the chassis code from 96 on and i'm a bit lost on which numbers you have there as it's not showing very well on my monitor.
