Starter motor replacement completed yesterday, a bit fiddly but got there in the end.

Had to loosen the rear gearbox support to give a bit more room to get the top M12x100 bolt past the bulkhead, and had to ream both bolt holes through the bellhousing with a twist drill rotated by a pair of grips (no room for a drill) as the shank on the new bolts is slightly larger than the original 7/16 UNC bolts.

Turns over lovely now, but I suppose after having the original starter in place for 46 years and 97k miles it would do!
