Hi if anyone is interested I found this a really easy job
I removed the bumper cover and headlights..... The same job as headlight bulb replacement...... And it was just so staring me in the face after that.... Just unbolted the rad.... No draining fluid..... And let it lean forward.... Then to the condenser
I used a Nisens part....I have an idea they may make the OEM part
And I replaced the Nisens supplied O rings with ones I got from Volvo
Job done
