Do you mean the window controls switches?
If so on previous none volvo cars its a case of holding the window switches up for about 20 seconds in the up position and that reprogrammed it. If not may need Vida to reprogramme it.
Someone else maybe able to offer advice.
Have you checked power is getting down the wire?
