I am placing this advert for VOC member Trudi Henry. A she is unable to do so.
Her car is kept in a garage but has not been out for some considerable time. It is on L plate but tax exempt The bonnet unfortunately has had water dripping on it from the garage door when it is opened so some of the paint has cracked & peeled off. There is also a little rust at the right hand side lower edge of the windscreen also over the right rear wheel arch. On the whole the rest of the bodywork is in reasonably good condition. The engine has been converted to take unleaded petrol. The tyres need replacing but the wheels are reasonable. Stainless steel exhaust fitted. I also have a Service manual for the car. anyone can give me a good price for the Philips Radio with tape recorder & equaliser I would like to take it out & use it also the speakers. The seats are in good condition except for a very small triangular tear on the rear set.The front seats have adjustable lumber support. As far as I can remember the mileage is about 140,000 but was in good running order before being garaged after conversion.
I can't think of any other information that I can give you at the moment. However I would prefer it to go to a good & caring home with a possibility of it being restored by someone in the Volvo car club. As for price I would like a reasonable offer & if you could advise me on that I would be grateful.
