I've not seen any figures quoted for EV range when towing (was looking at Polestar 2 as I think that can also tow 1500kg), but I can't imagine it'll be any better than half the WLTP at very best - might be okay for a weekend away but not for a decent holiday. Add in the challenge of being able to recharge at the services when you've got a 'van on the back and I can't see any EVs being viable tow cars for some time yet.
