Yes, I still sell these. I am now selling the much better Dell Venue Pro 11, this comes with Windows 10 Pro, 64GB storage and 4GB RAM. Runs very smoothly, it's a fabulous little tablet.
You can force DPF regeneration from vida no problem.
Re delivery: it is possible to send to a ups access point where you can collect the parcel when it's convenient for you.
