1. What is happening to rpm and rail pressure during extended cranking?

2. Check the crank and cam timing marks

3. Do an updated code read and individually click on any ECM codes and View Information bottom left for an explanation of possible causes and fixes.

4. Right from the beginning, there's been reconditioned injectors which will almost certainly not have been compared to the Volvo leak back ranges so try different ECM optimising settings in Diagnostics >Vehicle Communication >ECM (from the overhead vehicle diagram) >Advanced and follow the onscreen steps to check the current injector class programmed into the ECM and reprogram to the 3 alternative injector classes available to see if any improve matters.
