Right from the beginning, there's been reconditioned injectors which will almost certainly not have been compared to the Volvo leak back ranges so try different ECM optimising settings in Diagnostics >Vehicle Communication >ECM (from the overhead vehicle diagram) >Advanced and follow the onscreen steps to check the current injector class programmed into the ECM and reprogram to the 3 alternative injector classes available to see if any improve matters.
