Loose connecting wire?
barrybritcher's suggestion is a good one in terms of the year of your car and the possible ingress of water - it is also possibly a dry joint in the DIM or a simple drop in battery voltage caused by the lack of use was responsible. Many of the odd readouts will be reset using the battery disconnect/reconnect cold reset method, but the SRS cannot be reset without using Vida & DiCe or a decent code reader like an Autel.

If after resetting the SRS warning reappears, then you need to check the various earth points, including the condition of the battery connections.
