- Can you access the parts number for an earlier V40, I'd be kinda surprised if the parts changed later in the models life, but you're back to your original problem of risking the wrong part.

Definitely good suggestions, thanks. I've been contemplating other dealers whilst narrowing down the exact spec for the this car, so I'll go that route now.🤞
