They do come up on ebay now & again.
Volvo do a divider plus left & right gates that would do the job ( i had the original set up in my '04 V70) but these days the price is not far off the transk9 boxes which are much better ( prevent wet dog shaking all over interior etc).
Lintran are another company that do boxes - they are GRP not metal but I dont know if they do the range for volvo like transk9. lintran boxes are widely avail on ebay as they often come out of decommissioned police dog vans/cars.
