Fuse for the ATM... hmmm.... I don't have a wiring diagram for the early 2003 / 2004 cars
But the Owner's Manual should tell you, I'm guessing the fuse is in the REM (Rear Electronics Module), the fuse box in the rear left hand side of the cargo area.
