The PSA engine was designed by Peugeot and IIRC recommended cambelt changes are 10 years or every 160-180k km, which is about 100-112k miles.
Can’t see the Ford/Volvo version being much different so, whilst 10 years is OK, 150k miles definitely not!
Also, most makers usually recommend that, for heavier use, belts are changed sooner which, with a second-hand car can be an unknown.
I would say it’s due now and should be your first job - if you buy...
As usual, it also makes good sense to change idlers, aux belt and water pump at same time.
