Default A TPMS Experience

Going down the A23 in very wet conditions yesterday the TPMS alert came on. Investigation showed orange indication on all wheels. Later, measuring the pressures showed 3x34psi and 1x32psi compared with the normal "almost- ECO" of 37.5. A few minutes with the compressor put things right, and later on the return journey the indication had gone to green on all wheels.
What can I learn from this? Firstly that the TPMS system does work in a useful fashion. Secondly, I should check tyre pressures more often. In this case the temperature transition from summer to winter coupled with the wet conditions had put the tyre pressures right down, further than I would like.
One learns from experience...
