A valid point Dave, i'd hoped it was watertight but the damn things still leaking! A fresh puddle this morning and drips on the inside ends of the roof bar bolts, but there must be other pinholes too as there are drops of water on the deck in various places.
Will investigate rigging a tarpaulin for the next 3 weeks until I can strip the roof and seal it properly, i've borrowed mum's dehumidifier but not much point using it until the hearse is waterproof!
The OH has suggested selling this, and buying a 3.0 960 hearse when one comes up for sale, as this one needs spending on to get it practical and usable, not only the engine, but basics like waterproofing and exhaust etc. I poo-pooed him at the time as we've laready spent quite a bit on this one, and it is quite cool as a matt black 740 with these wheels, but...
