Took it to a Volvo specialist with VIDA, bunch more helpful codes:

AUD-0003 Loudspeaker Front Right signal missing
CEM-3A00 ECM, Software faulty signal
CRM-2032 Hall sensor 5, Short to gnd, disconnected or internal error
CRM-20A2 Hall Sensor 1, (same as above)
CRM-20F2 Hall Sensor 10, (same as above)
CRM-2112 Hall Sensor 12, (same as above)
ECM-740C communication, CEM signal to high
PAM-E010 power supply too high voltage difference

Hall sensor 5 and 1 are on the same circuit (in the windscreen) and 10, 12 same circuit (in the boot).

Need to check them, but no idea the best way to do it, also little disheartened that there is 2 sets of issues, doesn't help localise it to one place (such as the boot).
Anyone seen something similar, or got any suggestions?

90% chance it is a broken wire where the loom flexes near a hinge on the mechanism , highly unlikely to be the sensor itself ...
