In UK the last year of the 1800ES was 1974 model year , last produced at end of 1973 , did they go on longer in USA ?
I remember working on a mustard yellow 1971 1800E which early in it's life had overfuleing problems resulting in sump level rising with fuel dilution , anyway that car went like a rocket i remember the rev counter and speedo being well off the end of their scale down the M4 in 1972 :-)
