I'm happy with that

From sitting in the drivers seat, 2 screws in each sunvisor (maybe one on the clip too) to take them off. Then there is the grey strip all the way across the top of the screen, that might have a screw in it but I *think* it's just the sunvisors.

Then it should just be a case of popping out the metal rods sewn into the head lining from the side above the door.

The aerial whotsit is then fairly obvious above you, a weird nut holds it in, the wire will drop off and it'll push through from underneath.

(I'll say now it's been a couple of years since I last did it... but I'm pretty certain that's all the steps!)
