97 RON is what volvo recommend for your T5, so feed her with super unleaded!
I personally use Shell Optimax, which at 98.5 is the highest octane fuel available.
If you do a search for 'which fuel' there was a lengthy discussion on the pros and cons of the various octanes a couple of months ago.
I'm sure there are others who will disagree, but in my opinion for a T5 super or optimax is what you should fill up with.
