No, he was definitavely
not a Volvo enthusiast, but I reckon those stickers indicate that it was once owned by someone who was - could be a good thing in that it might have been maintained well, on the other hand maybe they ragged it like they stole it - however, it seems sound enough mechanically so that's good enough for me at that price.
