I think you'll have to go online, find who has 480 breakers and then take your tools with you if they will let you have a look yourself? Has the Volvo breakers on the A1 near Bedford got one - Lakes ?

Sadly, this is indeed the case and the experience of most of us. Granted, yours is quite a bad one but the only options are to try to find a better one (which will probably still not be great) and treat/hammerite it or else take the one you have back to whatever solid metal is left and then get welding. They were a very poor design by Volvo and deteriorated almost from day 1, so you chances of finding anything better than half-decent are negligible I'm afraid...
