I had that update done summer 2016 and all went well. It never occurred to me in 2016 that a software update, done by a Volvo dealer to install Volvo issued software, would be anything other than 100% covered by Volvo if problems occurred! Was I being naïve??

I wonder what the normal industry wide policy for problems arising after manufacturer software updates is? I mean Volvo even advertise their dealer servicing includes updates as a valued-added plus point!
