Yes I believe the bush was redesigned at some point.
I changed the bushes on my 2011 V70 a few months back using the Sealey tool and Lemforder bushes. The bushes were original with 118,000 miles & completely in bits.
Not easy on the driveway, took longer than I expected, the tool is heavy and tricky to push bushes in square. The trick is to pull the arm down as low as possible to get good access to the arm.
Be interested in any feedback on the poly bushes, I did consider but couldn't find much feedback on them.
