205's will work best on 6-7" rims. 205/65 will give you a larger than standard rolling diameter which will affect your speedo. 205/60 will be close to standard but will give a harder ride due to the shorter side walls. No real need to go further than 195/65 and even these suit a 6" rim better than a 5 1/2" one.
Remember that the 1800E with its disc brake axle uses the later PCD. Does mean that you can fit any 200/700/900 wheels up to the very last 900 ones when they changed to FWD offsets. You're then spoilt for choice for size and style. Prices can be good too.
