I have this fault code on my XC60, but it’s a 65 plate. A lot of miles on it though for its age. I’ve only owned it since March but thought Volvo were pretty reliable so mileage didn’t bother me. Think it’s on about 96k now
But yeah not sure how they can have a good will that runs out on such a big problem... the trusted garage I used to take my old car to contacted a friend that is a Volvo mechanic before I took my car there a few months back, they told him it was part of a ‘goodwill’ that they replace the full EGR?
I’m going to ring Volvo tomorrow see what they say...
