The filter is a very good call but the very fact that you have swapped parts out and are still in the the same boat shows you still need Vida which has specific fault finding tests within it, for such occurrences. It's not just a code reader.

"etc" is an abbreviation of the word "et cetera". An example of this would be, "I replaced my oil filter, fuel filter, air filter etc". So its instead of listing every single item that was replaced, "etc" is used as a way of saying "and so forth".
Although, you may know what "etc" means & you want to know what else the original poster replaced & that's what you mean by "what is "etc?", i.e. what other parts were replaced & weren't listed/what the abbreviated phrase entails exactly. If so, ignore what I've said.
