oh i do apologise. the op did say tried all the usual. so etc refers to all the usual things that one would normally try. i dont want to write a huge list of what i have done the gist of the op is that this is an unusual problem that does not seem to be caused by the common problems ie :- filter injector afm maf clocks ETC !
