For me I am having to due it frequently, often more than once a day. Since it takes a few seconds or so for Sensus to start and then full connectivity with the phone to establish (the phone connects first, then phonebook then internet), I am already down the road driving the car by the time I have to acknowledge the internet connection isn't going to work. Restarting the phone is not desirable while driving the car, pin codes, face id etc.
I've found myself restarting the phone each time before I get into the car, and really, who wants to be doing that?
