Default RE: 360 seats in a 340

This occured to me later. The two electric devices the seats can have are:
a) heated seat pads. most 360s had these, so if the 340 doesnt, just let the lead dangle!
b) the passenger seat will have a sensor for the seat belt indicator. The driver one is hard wired (i think they assume there will always be a driver), but there is a pressure pad on the passenger seat, so that the warning light only activates if there is a person sitting in the seat.

Time for a trip down memory lane:
3) Earlier this year I re-attached the sensor on my 360 after it had sat wrongly installed for the past 10 years. the look of joy on my face as i watched the light flash on and off as I sat down must may been hilarious to behold!
2) My 20stone+ uncle sat in my dads old 140, and the pressure pad broke (!)
3) When we were about 8, my dad tried to convince me and a friend that the overdrive button on the gearstick was for an ejector seat fitted into the passenger seat. I never check that cars seat wiring, so you may want to check for an ejector seat trigger wire too...!

its been a long evening filled with maths revision...i apologise!

cheers

james
