Tried wiggling the ignition key and no nothing.

came back from work and battery voltage 00.09 volts. Other car, Lexus 12.58v without engine running, so suspect battery gone duff.

Lights were in the off position and don't think the interior lights were left on.

Going to replace battery tomorrow as it's 3 years old in November. If working make sure alternator is charging at 14 volts +.

Is there anything else I should replace like ignition amplifier with heat sink?

Can a battery suddenly die with no signs of failure, Used the car fine last Friday!

Any further input greatly received.

James.
Could be one or more cell in the battery has gone duff. You could as Ash suggests, try jumping it off the Lexus, if it fires, leave the leads connected for at least 10 of those 15 minutes as an alternator won't charge a flat battery.

While it's doing its thing on the jump leads, make sure all the interior lights are off with the doors (and tailgate!) closed and the lights come on when the relevant door/tailgate is opened.
Also, you didn't leave the light switch in the sidelights position did you?
