That O ring. Subject of my urgent thread.
I’ve managed to remove the pin and the old nylon bushes but there is no trace of any O ring.
The OP’s diagram appears to show the O ring ( no.8 ) fitted over the collar of the left side nylon bushing.
The Volvo Parts Web Store appears to show it ( no. 20 ) fitted over the right side bushing.
If it is indeed supposed to fit over one of the bushings, I suppose that it doesn’t matter which one and the difference in the diagrams may simply be that one is American and the other is not.
Opinions appreciated.
