I’ve never been quite sure which gearbox is fitted but suspect M47. Likewise the back axle as I cannot find the identification label.
However, having researched the bushes etc. as much as possible I attended my main dealer to order the required parts. I had made a note of the part numbers but didn’t tell the parts guy. Using my car VIN he came back with the same part numbers which included an O ring. I suppose that the O ring creates a slight amount of pressure on the bush towards the gear-lever.
