The phase1 seats have a single lever on the inside side of the seat. It stands up at an angle at the join of the backrest and the seat cushion. Pull the lever up to adjust the rear and push down to adjust the front. Best done sitting in the seat and using your weight to either allow the cushion to rise or depress it downwards.
