do you really need one of those ? Just use a normal bolt which you probably have already . The idea was that you can only put the wheel back in one place which helps wheel balance if the wheel is balanced on the car , which no one does these days . If you or someone else are not aware of this pointed bolt you could end up fitting the wheel incorrectly if that point is not in it's recess .
Your volvo dealer will get you one for next day if you want one ..
