So check
1. You have power at the fridge connector
2. The peltier elements are sucking power (check for current draw, you should see a difference in position 1 and 2)
3. The fans are spinning - check for power to the fans
And that's really all there is to it.

I plugged the volt meter in and there is no power going to it and has got me a bi baffled possible broken wire between the fridge and fuse ?
