If you were local to my spares-164 I could accuse you of pinching the passenger door lock from my car! However, as its along the south coast I somehow doubt it! Joking aside, when I looked on the Brookhouse website for door locks for my Volvo 145 project (same as 164) see they are still available. I have the drivers/bootlid one but as no power on site can't of course drill out the steering lock.
Let me know if interested but aint quick as have to stay away from home a lot right now.
