Don't use clamps for the brake hoses... They are to hard, to clamp them without leaving dents or worse in the hose. And you don't need it.
Before doing anything on the calipers, press the brake pedal and fix it in this position. You will have just a few drops of brake fluid leaking out with the pedal fixed.
You can do both together it doesn't matter.
You have to do a full bleed afterwards anyway... (full means _all_ four!)
