If they're not broke I wouldn't fix them.
The main thing is you know how simple the test is if cold starting becomes an issue.

Yes the Volvo spec on the Euro 3 is 0.698 so an actual reading of around 0.8-0.9 once meter leads resistance is taken into account.
My 6 year old Beru plugs are still reading 0.9
