Thanks for your response.

I confirm that after my first installation, VIDA All in One worked fine using the admin password and I also had about 3 other VIDA/DICE icons on my desktop which all worked, plus Adobe Reader V8 (I already had v9 installed).

I un-installed everything shown in Control Panel for that date -VIDA, DICE, ISO, SQL Server & Adobe 8 and also deleted any left over folders from the hard drive. I even ran PC Tools Registry Cleaner, but all attempts at re-installation fail to install any programs to completion other than Adobe 8.

The logs seem to point to the same SQL server issues being experience by GrayUK1.
