Our D5 has the same jerky take off sometimes, typically while decellerating into a round about down to almost zero speed, and if the accellerator gets pushed too quickly, the gear change is bad!
I have the Volvo Vida Dice system and I do have a intermittent fault on a valve.
The previous owner changed the gear box oil not too long ago. I have only had the car for a couple of months and we have not driven far.
I have really mixed experiences with auto gear box oil being replaced on other cars (especially BMWs with ZF boxes). Failing shortly after replacing (10kkm).
