I'd been with Adrian Flux for several years but latterly their renewal prices, militant attitude to loyal customers and general "couldn't care less" demeanour just pushed me over the edge. Switched to Chris Knott earlier their year and couldn't have been happier - very good price / package, lovely attitude and despite me changing cars several times since, nothing ever feels like it's an issue with these guys. I'll be swapping my wifes car to them too once her current policy (also with Flux, sadly...) expires in December.

Adrian Flux are just a broker , they fix you up with some unheard of insurer ... When you need to make a claim you have to deal direct with their separate claims company ( co plus) and also the actual insurer . Adrian flux them selves do not do any of the chasing up it is down to you .
I have been trying a year to get a false "at fault" removed for someone
This should be handled by the company who's name is on the headed letters .
How does Chris Knott differ ?
