The Euro 3 D5 engine was 163bhp and 340nm of torque with NO DPF but still with EGR and identified by Black Engine cover. This ran up to sometime in 2005.
The Euro 4 D5 engine replaced the Euro 3 in 2005 and was 185bhp with 400nm of torque . It came with DPF and EGR. Identified by Grey Engine cover.
