One positive note - I have driven the car a bit since changing the PCV and the engine management light went off yesterday. The only two codes now are P0171 and P0172 which could be caused by that pipe down to the sump being blocked if I am not mistaken. I'm still going to do a compression test on all of the cylinders and hope it isn't those valve stem seals.
