The hoses to and from the EGR cooling chamber take a set on the inside where they sit on the ridges of the plenum chamber. If they don't go back fairly close to the original place or the clips are in the wrong place, they will leak. First time I cleaned mine out I had oil running all the way down to the intercooler and dripping on the cross member below. Thought I had blown the cooler for a bit
