Something to note that would be good. Could you please update the software used to automatically generate the documents you send out to actually match your own records?
It's a bit concerning to sit on the phone and declare all your mods to then receive an email with a policy document that says: "Any modifications? - NO". Which then prompted me to waste my own time to phone up again to check you had actually put the modifications on my insurance.
