Unplugged the solenoid and my engine is quieter than ever! It has thrown an engine light up on the dash that won't go out (its detected the unplugging of the solenoid) Is there anyway of getting that engine light off or is it something the local garage can do by plugging it into diagnostics and clearing the codes?
The car runs great, just been on a trip out with it today with no problems.
I thought for a moment that disconnecting the battery for 20 minutes may do, but It could hold the code in its memory..
