I'm only 5'10", and the demo car I sat in had to have the HUD on it's max setting before I could just about see it - couldn't read it without stooping.
That was a couple of years ago - it may have been changed since.
2 factors involved :
Seating position - I prefer to sit upright - more or less 90 degrees I suppose, and looking through the top half of the windscreen.
Personal features - proportionally I have a longer body and shorter legs.
Salesman said he didn't think the physical projector / mirror could be adjusted.
Moral of the story - make sure you check the suitability for your own personal preferences during the test drive.
