They are usually dealer fit.
Go to
www.accessories.volvocars.com and you can find part numbers and then check on ebay as you often find Old stock for the slighter older models.
Once you have selected a vehicle on the welcome page, you can click on 'services' at the top of the accessories page and get a list of installation instructions for all manner of accessories.
