Thanks, that clarifies it a bit! Most of us engineer types would refer to them as vacuum servos but i see Volvo have "christened" them "vacuum bellows" just to confuse us!

Strangely they still call the same device (albeit bigger) a servo when it's linked into the brake system.

If they can be dismantled, rubber sheet can be bought cheaply on ebay, measure the thickness of the original and go for the nearest thickness. Wad punches are great for making the right size holes in the middle to attach the pushrod assembly, again sets of these can be bought on fleabay for not many pennies.
